Cancellation/Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that sometimes things happen.  Homestead Fresh extends a 30-day return policy to all our customers.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in its original package. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, simply return your item with a copy of your invoice or packaging slip to:

Be sure to include your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

Once your return has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your item. If for any reason your refund is rejected, you will be notified at this time as well.

Within 3 business days, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued in the same form as your original payment, or you may request a replacement of another item of equal value.

Shipping costs, deposits for custom orders, wholesale and private label orders are not refundable.
